Uncle Joe made a good -- er -- catch when he noted that the especially ugly sucker that the scrapblock editor pictured with the pickled-sucker recipe further down in the blog was the wrong fish. Here is the right fish, the white sucker, on a stringer held by Uncle John. Much prettier, aye? Yah, sure.
