In this slide from the 1960s, Cousin Chris gave incredibly cute cousin Sammy, jaunty in his diaper, some words of advice as they walked with Aunt Anna in the little creek that is the beginning of Mississippi River at Itasca State Park. Nothing like a little advice from cousin Chris to get you started on the right path, we always say. In the slide after this one, Anna has fallen into the drink, and everyone is pointing at her and laughing. (She laughed, too.)
