Aunt Florence posed with the Leonhardts, distant kin of the Spricks, recently at their home in Waskish, Minn., in Red Lake County.
Here's how the Leonhardts are related to the Spricks. Grandma Sprick's sister, Anna Augustin, married Otto Leonhardt. They eventually settled in Waskish. One of their sons, Hilmer, did very well in raising cattle and wild rice there. Hilmer's son, David, took over the farm. Florence is pictured with David Leonhardt and members of his family.
