Family history goes into bigtime newspaper!
This one flew right over the heads of cousins Pam and Chris, who work at the Star Tribune but failed to notice it was published recently right in their very own newspaper. But it was noticed right away by Aunt Florence, who doesn't miss a thing, we'll tell you that right now. It's a historical photo of threshing near Dassel, Minn., on the Martin Broberg farm. (Martin's in the engineer's cap; click on photo to make it larger.) Flo pointed it out to Martin's grandons, cousin Dan Broberg, who pointed it out to his aunt Lavone Broberg (Martin's daughter), who promptly found the original photo in her home. Talk about your small world!
