Uncle Bill in his youth

Our Miller family cousin DeeAnn Edwards of Raleigh, N.C., recently sent me a trove of Miller family photos that I'm in the process of posting at http://www.brotherandcissie.blogspot.com/. Thought the Sprick cousins might find some of them interesting, too: Twins Brother and Cissie (William Alton and Arlene) Miller celebrated their 16th birthdays on Easter Sunday, April 13, 1941, at their home in Winston-Salem, N.C. A couple of years later, Brother would join the Army and head overseas in World War II.
Brother Miller (that's Uncle Bill to the Minnesota cousins) with his family in 1940: younger sister Marilyn, Brother, mother Mamie Luella Jackson Miller, sister Norma Martin Cashion and twin sister Cissie (Arlene).
Some of the Miller relatives visited Alverna and Bill in Old Frontenac, Minn., in 1978. That's our cousin DeeAnn Edwards and her parents, Cissie (Arlene) Miller Edwards and Bill Edwards, cousin Chatsie Miller, Alverna and our Aunt Norma Martin Cashion, who passed away last week at age 92.
