Lucille and the very fine baked bluegills
Your scrapblog editor is a vegetarian, with the recent exception of fish she or Uncle Joe catches. Have come up with a pretty good recipe for baked bluegills, the one Lake Pepin fish that doesn't taste, well, muddy-fishy. Look who else likes the recipe -- 15-year-old cat Lucy, who I like to give a crumb or two after dinner. Lucy, a very dignified feline, has good taste in all things.
