Strange rituals of the native Spricks: The partridge song
What are these people doing? Every Sprick of a certain age will know. They were having a Christmas round of "A Partridge in a Pear Tree" in which each singer had a cup with a verse on it and had to stand up and sing his or her particular verse. Each year one of the glasses would get broken and the song would get more fractious. We'll guess this was about 1978. Nice to see sweet 'ol Uncle Hart in his red Christmas vest.
