Great contributions from Kate and Tuck

The scrapblog editor, who in her spare time is a newspaper reporter, just returned from a grueling Sabbath work day of covering a "living wake" (read all about it in the 2/17 Strib, Source section) and chasing some "prosperity gospel" folks (read all about it in Monday's Strib, Page 1B) to find some terrific contributions from Aunt Kate and cousin Tuck. Now we're talking real news! The first is Grandma Sprick's translation of the "Alle Augen" prayer we all love; not sure whose pretty handwriting that is. The second and third are auction bills from Claus and LeRoy's farm auctions, respectively. Warm thanks to Kate and Tuck for such cool historical entries! They are both hereby hired as Sprick family scrapblog research aides. Starting pay for Kate and Tuck is, oops, gotta go, the tea kettle is ringing, the phone is whistling, the cat is barking, busy, busy, busy. (A reminder to click on an image to make it larger and easier to read.)
