Cousins, we're all pretty sluggish compared with our parents. Alverna and Bill used to routinely go on long bike rides and hikes. Here they posed in Lanesboro, Minn., during a bike trek with Elmer and Mavis.

I remember both of your parents as vital and vigorous, and I love this photo. Look how your dad's hand is around your mom's waist...romantic!
