Uncle Norm wasn't always the easiest person to understand and relate to, but cousin Cathy and he got along probably because Chatsie demanded the best of him. Here he dozes off while reading to her during a stint in the 1960s when the Millers lived with Adelaide and Norm in Oak Center while waiting to join Bill in West Germany.
