One of the saddest things about Alverna selling the Old Frontenac place was seeing the blue pool out in the driveway, ready to be hauled away. Two generations of cousins and dogs cooled off in it.

Cousins Jane, Chris, Chats, Pam and Tuck crowded into the Miller family blue pool on one hot day in the 1960s.
