When the scrapblog editor was a brand-new mom, gingerly holding her fussy baby, Dad/Uncle Bill gave her some advice: "Don't hold him like a little china doll. Hold him tight, till he's squished. Babies like to be squished." It was good advice, as it turned out. Cousin Chris inherited the ability to make a baby feel secure with a good squishy hug. Here he is with Zachary and Noah in 1989 and with M. and H. in April 1994.
