We love these undated photos of Mom (Aunt Alverna to you, cousins) working in a USO Club in Schwabisch Hall, West Germany, after World War II. That's where she met Dad. The man in the bottom photo is Jerome Frankel, the best man at Mom and Dad's wedding and a lifelong friend.
