As long as we're on the subject of Dad (Uncle Bill), here are a couple of photos the scrapblog editor views fondly. The first was taken in Washington, D.C., in 1957. It's a sweet photo, though Chris Miller says of it, "It's amazing that Alverna ever had any more kids after having one with a head that big." The second was taken in January 1986 at Marion and Wally's in Minneapolis. Bill Miller didn't drink, but it appears his daughter was already a fan of red wine. She'd gotten that sweater for her dear old dad for Christmas.
