What in the name of Sam Hill Sprick is going on in this December 1997 photo? We do not know, but it appears to be that strange cousin again (see fashion item below).

If I am not mistaken, this picture was taken while Chris was using one of his own children as a visual aid to show some other second generation cousins how he would put cousin Dan in the crushing "Chris Miller Headlock", which ratcheted the usually low key family gatherings into a more eventful "Dinner and a Show"...and then, of course, dinner again.
Sammy's commentary is PRIMO. His wonderful memories add to the richness of this shared explored family history! Darn tootin!
I am in Vancouver this weekend, so haven't been able to post daily. More fab family history will be back next week.

The famous "Dan B. In The Piledriver" incident came at Aunt Annette's house, when Danny was feeling extra tempermental and instead of taking his lumps kept attacking Dave Sprick, now legally licensed to abuse people as a police officer. I was an innocent bystander. However, Dan immediately returned to Eleanor Roosevelt High School and started performing similar maneuvers on the poor Somalian students there, including one who grew up to be Mr. Jesse Ventura.
Interesting that this photo is getting the most hits on the blog. But what of poor little H? Will she weigh in?
